In the lead-up to your holiday, I’ll handle everything from flight seat reservations and airport parking to special requests, restaurant bookings, excursions, and ensuring your passports and visas are in order.

I recommend arranging comprehensive travel insurance as soon as possible to ensure your peace of mind.

Travel Insurance

I’ll handle the online check-in processes for your airlines, cruise lines, and hotels, and send you your final travel documents. Then, you’re all set to enjoy your holiday!

Prepare to Enjoy

You’ll pay the balance via the MyTC app, usually 10-12 weeks before your travel date.

Final Payment

I’ll confirm your booking with all external suppliers and on my system, generating your confirmation documentation automatically.

Booking Confirmation

Once you’ve reviewed the options, simply let me know which holiday you’d like to proceed with. You can make the payment via the app and send me your booking details (e.g., passport information and contact details).

Select Your Holiday

To streamline your experience, I’ll ask you to download the MyTC app. This is where you’ll receive your quotes, make secure payments, and access all your booking documents.
